Annelise hurried quickly through the pathways until she found the one that led to the football field. 'I knew that I shouldn't have worn heels,' She laughed quietly to herself. She had dressed herself in a sparkling black skirt with a pink sweater complete with a light coat and her favorite scarf. She was now glad that she had taken the precation to wear her coat because the night air was quickly making her chilled. She wore her hair down and natural and had taken time to carefully paint her face with the perfect amount of makeup. She arrived only slightly out of breath from her brisk paced walk and took a seat in one of the rows of bleachers closest to her. She knew that one thing was certain... She would do everything in her possible power to keep herself feeling well tonight...

Alan showed up in a tux and ran onto the field looking up and seeing annelise. He waved and smiled at her running into the hallways with peanuts and other crap on the cold concrete

Annelise smiled brightly seeing Alan... She stood and walked a few feet before he reached her. "Good evening..."She said blushing... "You look very nice tonight."

"ditto to you too" he smiled and kissed her cheek feeling her be cold "here" he took his tux off and gave it to her. "wow it got colder" as he rapped his arms around him laughing a bit.

Annelise blushed under Alan's kiss to her cheek and wrapped his tux coat tightly around her shoulders. "It did get chilly... Here..." Annelise said as she moved close to him embracing him in a hug. "You know body heat is the best way to stay warm..." She said smiling up at him. "It is a beautiful night out."She said as she snuggled against his chest.

he rapped his arms around her and smiled "yes it is, now that im with you" he kissed her forhead and looked up at the stars.

Annelise blushed as his lips touched her forehead. "The stars are beautiful tonight... No clouds at all." She whispered. She was so content just leaning against him. She rested her head on his shoulder and let out a soft sigh. Nothing could have made her happier...

Annelise could do nothing but smile. "This has truely been one of the most wonderful nights of my life." She gently let go and moved away from his embrace and sat down.

Annelise thought for a moment before she spoke, "Well I grew up in New York City with my mother, father and little sister, Lizzy. Last year my dad was shot and killed during an investigation and after that my mom that it would be best if I came here. I've been dancing since I was a little girl and that would have to be my greatest passion." She smiled looking over at Alan... She was amazed that she had opened up to him so quickly.
